Defective Items
Claims for replacements due to damage, misprints, or defects must be submitted within 5 days of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video and images of the product. Claims without these supporting materials will be unable to proceed.

Non-Defective Exchange
We request our customers to check size guidelines while purchasing orders. Returns for non-defective items, such as incorrect sizing, will be exchanged within 5 days of delivery but shipping charges of INR 200 would be borne by the customer.

Return To Origin
If the courier company is unable to deliver the order and the shipping status shows "Undelivered" or "RTO" (Return to Origin), we will reattempt to reship it. If the order is returned to origin again and reason is customer was not reachable at the time of delivery, we will issue a refund after deducting INR 100 for the shipping attempts.However, if the reason is not related to customer reachability, we will issue a full refund.
Note:
- All clothing products are subject to measurement variation up to a half inch per side.
- Unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.
- If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
